How do I find a station?

Open the map on our website. It shows every station with its address, opening hours, and how many power banks and free slots it has right now.

How much does it cost?

The first 15 minutes are free. After that it’s €1 for every started hour, and never more than €5 per 24 hours. You pay when you return the power bank — when you take it, we only place a €20 hold on your card.

Do I have to return it to the same station?

No. You can return it to any ZarediGO station with a free slot.

What if the power bank doesn’t work?

Get in touch right away. We’ll sort it out, and you won’t pay for a faulty device.

How long can I keep it?

As long as you need — you pay per started hour, up to €5 a day. If it isn’t returned within 60 hours, the rental ends, €20 is taken from the hold and the power bank is yours.

Will it work with my phone?

Yes. Every power bank has built-in USB-C, Lightning and micro-USB cables, so it works with practically any phone, plus most earbuds and other small devices.
