Getting started

Find a station on the map, tap your card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and take a power bank — no app or sign-up needed. When you’re done, drop it at any ZarediGO station and you pay only for the time you used it.

Using a power bank

Every power bank comes charged, with built-in cables for every phone: USB-C, Lightning and micro-USB. Plug in your phone and it starts charging. The indicator on the power bank shows how much charge is left.

Returning a power bank

You can return it to any ZarediGO station, not just the one you took it from. Push it into a free slot until it clicks — the rental ends and billing stops right away.

Payment

Pay contactless with a card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. When you take a power bank, we place a €20 hold on your card — that’s not a payment. The first 15 minutes are free; after that you’re charged only for the time used: €1 per started hour, up to €5 per 24 hours.

Something not working?

If a power bank doesn’t work, get in touch right away. We’ll sort it out, and you won’t pay for a faulty device.
